Who can benefit from psychotherapy?

At some point in our lives we will have to deal with change or stress that can cause symptoms of unwanted feelings, behaviors, physical sensations, and/or thoughts. Psychotherapy is a process where sharing ones experience of the world in relationship with a trusted individual can help alleviate these symptoms. Adults typically share there experience through discussion and children often express themselves through talk and play therapy.
